How fast do orders ship?

In-stock apparel typically ships within 1–3 business days. Custom-decorated orders ship within 72 hours of mock-up approval — larger or specialty runs get an exact timeline with your quote.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping is free on bulk orders over $55. For orders under $55, carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Local pickup in Jamestown, NY is always free — just choose it at checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase of in-stock apparel, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Email info@reishoreclothing.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Exchanges are free; returns are refunded minus $5 return shipping. Items must ship back within 30 days of receiving your return instructions.

Can I return custom-printed items?

Custom-decorated gear is made to order after you approve your mock-up. That keeps excess inventory from going to waste — but it also means custom items can't be restocked, so they're exempt from the standard return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved mock-up, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.
