Do you have minimum order quantities?

No — most products can be ordered from a single unit. Volume discounts apply automatically as your quantity grows. See pricing & process for the full breakdown.

Are there setup or artwork fees?

No. Pricing is simple and per-unit — no screen charges, digitizing fees, or hidden costs. Every order includes a free digital mock-up.

How fast will I get my order?

Most custom orders ship within 72 hours of mock-up approval, and in-stock apparel ships within 1–3 business days. US shipping is free on bulk orders over $55.

What are the garments made of?

Eco-friendly materials — recycled plastic bottles, ocean waste, and reclaimed cotton, certified and traceable. Learn more on our impact page.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — free local pickup at our shop in Jamestown, NY. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

What artwork files do you accept?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best; high-resolution PNGs at 300 DPI also work well. See our artwork guidelines.

Can I return my order?

In-stock apparel can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Custom-printed items are made to order and exempt from standard returns — but if anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it. Full details on our shipping & returns page.
