Artwork Guidelines

A few quick file-prep tips so your custom order comes out exactly how you pictured it. Not sure? Upload what you have — our art team will help.

  1. R Correct
    R Mirrored

    Print-ready & correct orientation

Send your artwork at the final print size, right-reading (not mirrored), with the background removed.

  2. CMYK Print-ready
    RGB Tones shift
    2

    Check your color mode

We print in CMYK. Most screen images are RGB, which we convert for press — so tones can shift. Send CMYK when you can, and we’ll flag any big color change before printing.

  3. Vector · 300dpi
    Low-res
    3

    File format & resolution

Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Otherwise a PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background. Low-res files print blurry.

  4. Aa Outlined
    Aa? Live font
    4

    Outline your fonts

Convert all text to outlines or curves before sending, so your type prints exactly — even if we don’t have the font.

  5. Solid edges
    Soft / faded
    5

    Keep details clean

Use solid borders — no drop shadows or soft/transparent edges — and keep thin lines and small text legible.

  6. Free proof before printing
